ABOUT QUANTUM KRYRON

SUPERIOR. UNDISPUTED. REVOLUTIONARY

WE SUPPLY SPECIAL ALLOY FOR MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS.

The patented invention of the innovative metal alloying process is called  “Kryron.”  The Kryronization process creates Carbon Nanotube Metal Matrix Composites (CNT-MMC) using standard alloys and base metals.

Enhanced Qualities to Common Metals & Alloys

Research and development will be ongoing to identify and commercialize the many potential applications of the materials throughout a variety of industries.  The qualities of the Kryron CNT-MMC metals and alloys are being lab tested to further quantify these characteristics for various Kryron alloys made of aluminum, steel, copper, and lead. This material data will enable other organizations to identify the viable uses of Kryron to improve their products and provide the core information necessary to move forward with further investigation of potential opportunities.

Carbon nanotubes (CN) are one-dimensional nanostructures that, because of their unique electrical versatility, are capable of providing remarkable electrical and mechanical properties. The properties Quantum Kryron has demonstrated between CN and substrate are virtually unique in the world of metals, affording an entirely new paradigm of opportunities for its use in ballistic armor, electric distribution and transmission, mechanical components, and other industries.

Kryron Technology

QUANTUM KRYRON: THE NEW METAL ALLOYING PROCESS.

The patented innovation behind Quantum Kryron Corporation’s advanced metal alloying technology is known as Kryron. The Kryronization process produces Carbon Nanotube Metal Matrix Composites (CNT-MMC) by integrating carbon nanotubes into standard alloys and base metals.

Kryronized aluminum is a high-performance CNT-MMC material engineered for strength, durability, and lightweight efficiency. Kryronized materials outperform other CNT-MMC variants because Quantum Kryron Corporation has overcome two of the most persistent challenges in CNT-MMC development: achieving homogeneous distribution of carbon nanotubes within the metal substrate and delivering cost-effective performance at an industrial scale. By infusing carbon nanotubes into a proprietary metal alloying process, Quantum Kryron Corporation creates advanced materials with exceptional ballistic capability while maintaining remarkably low weight.

CLIENT’S TESTIMONIALS

ROBERT LEWIS, COMMANDER
Collier County Sheriff's Office

We tested Quantum Kryron armor against a detonated IED, with an explosive velocity of 5 miles per second. Zero Penetration. This is the darndest thing I've ever seen.

ROBERT GOODNER, TACTICAL COMMANDER
Alabama State Police, S.W.A.T.

This armor will save lives, no doubt. It will keep everyone in the fight.
